This excellent Waltham gold watch is in good working condition and keeps accurate time. The gold waltham wristwatch is hallmarked on the case as 9 .375, and on the inner case has reference numbers 301000, Dennison 614604 A.L.D. The case is unusual as it’s a Dennison hinged case so it’s very easy to take the watch mechanism away from the case. The case has hallmarked and shows assayed in Birmingham 1936.
The movement is beautiful and clean and has inscribed Waltham 9 Jewels U.S.A with the reference 29019892.
The face is very clean with no damage, and it has a seconds ancilliary dial, the face has Waltham U.S.A. printed.
Slight bump to the left of the dial that could be easy corrected, but all in all a lovely attractive 9ct gold waltham wristwatch that will only appreciate.

Art Deco Silver Engine Turned Cigarette Cases
I’m offering two excellent art deco silver engine turned cigarette cases the details are as follows:

The first silver cigarette case has the letter ‘G’ or might be a ‘C’ ornately inscribed in the top left hand corner, the left and right borders have a three diamond uniform design, the centre dashed design being again a uniform pattern, looks really stricking.

The marks on the silver cigarette case shows it was made by Thomas William Lack out of Hatton Gardens London, and assayed London 1931.

It measures 8.3cm square and 1cm in depth, the weight is 112 grams.

The second art deco silver cigarette case is again in excellent condition, it was made in 1945 by JR and assayed in Birmingham. The silver cigarette case measures 8cm square and about 1cm thick, the inside is very clean and has the cigarette holding strap. In the left hand top corner the letter ‘M’ has been inscribed, the pattern shows paralell lines with a diamond dash pattern in between.

Superb genuine 9ct gold longines ladies wristwatch, the face has a satin finish with black raised numbers, the hands are also black with gold centre.

The Longines gold wristwatch on the inside of the case has inscribed importers Baume, D.S.& S., with the longines watch reference 88537. The hallmarks show a crown and .375 denoting 9ct, it assayed in London in 1975.
The band or strap is also 9ct hallamrked gold, made by wristwear, it measures 15cm in lenght, it’s about 5cm diameter, so unless you have a very small wrist I expect some additional links will need to be added. It weighs 17 grams.

This superb Silver Pocket watch Albert Chain plus Fob and Bar has been sold but see below for some more great examples offered.
Superb silver pocket watch chain or albert that is 17 inches long and weighs 55 grams. Each link on the silver pocket watch chain is hallmarked as is the clasp, the silver bar is dated 1892 and made by G.E.G. probably George Edward Gee.

The fob is hallmarked and dated 1912 assayed in birmingham made by F Fattorini & Son Ltd, has some other inscriptions but hard to make out except the part that says Bradford.

Vintage Hallmarked Silver Pickle Forks
For sale two very nice vintage hallmarked silver forks, I think they are both pickle forks. I will describe both…

The large silver pickle fork is hallmarked and dated 1897 and assayed Sheffield, the makers mark is W. & H. that is Walker & Hall. As you can see the silver pickle fork is in very good condition, and has a lovely shape and engraved design, it is 18cm long and weighs 43 grams.

The smaller silver pickle fork only measures 13.5 cm long and weighs just under 17 grams, it is nicely decorated and shaped. The dating is a problem, the hallmarks clearly show assayed in Sheffield with the makers mark A.H. which according to my marks book, is for Aaron Hadfield or Ashforth & Harthorn. The marks show the queens head in a round sheild, and the crown in a square sheild, but no date letter. I would date this around the 1840′s, I’ve taken a picture that clearly shows the marks, so you can draw your own conclusion.
