My name is Frank Cannon and I live in West Yorkshire in the U.K., I’ve decided to start this blog to do something I’ve been very interested in for many years, and that is Auctions and antiques or collectables.
Why start selling and talking about antiques now, well it’s a pretty common story at the moment I was made redundant, so I decided to treat it as an opportunity and do something I really enjoy.
Many of the areas I will be writing about I have had first hand experience, also a good percentage of the items I will be offering I will have dealt with in the past, so I do know a little about the antique and collectable market.
I know a lot of selling online is dependant on trust, knowing who you are dealing with? I have been selling and buying for over five years through eBay, with a feedback of 99% positive on 630 transactions, my id is canrun10ky1954.
Why sell through a blog? the main reason is I want my own area were I can write about the items I’m offering, also tell people, who are interested to listen, about my auction experiences, and also pass on a few tips. Another reason is that eBay has become to expensive, it’s also not reaching all the customers that might be interested in my items, I think that’s something to do with their new search system.
I hope this small resume of who I am and why I’m here, will show that I’m a real person and whatever transactions may be generated through this blog I will always stand by.
