These stunning  Set Of Oriental Silver Teaspoons have been sold but see below for some more great examples.

This set of oriental silver teaspoons are I believe made from silver, even though I cannot be 100% certain as I cannot understand the markings. These oriental silver teaspoons are decorated with leaves in the bowls, and the handle ends have various ends, some with writing.

The oriental silver teaspoons measure 11.5cm long and in total weigh 43 grams, and are cased.

These silver teaspoons are  hallmarked and dated 1923 assayed in Birmingham, the makers mark is D & A. As you can see they are nicely decorated and shaped, these are good heavy silver teaspoons weighing in total 128 grams, and measure 12cm long.

Vintage Hallmarked Silver Pickle Forks
For sale two very nice vintage hallmarked silver forks, I think they are both pickle forks. I will describe both…

The large silver pickle fork is hallmarked and dated 1897 and assayed Sheffield, the makers mark is W. & H. that is Walker & Hall. As you can see the silver pickle fork is in very good condition, and has a lovely shape and engraved design, it is 18cm long and weighs 43 grams.

The smaller silver pickle fork only measures 13.5 cm long and weighs just under 17 grams, it is nicely decorated and shaped. The dating is a problem, the hallmarks clearly show assayed in Sheffield with the makers mark A.H. which according to my marks book, is for Aaron Hadfield or Ashforth & Harthorn. The marks show the queens head in a round sheild, and the crown in a square sheild, but no date letter. I would date this around the 1840′s, I’ve taken a picture that clearly shows the marks, so you can draw your own conclusion.

Silver & Mother of Pearl Pickle Forks
For sale are these two lovely vintage pickle forks both are silver with mother of pearl handles, and in excellent condition. The details are as follows:

The small fork has hallmarks dating it to 1844 and assayed in Birmingham, the makers are J.W. Joseoh Willmore. The fork measures 14 cm long and weighs 25 grams.

The larger pickle fork has hallmarks dating it to 1904 and assayed in Birmingham, the makers are W.D. William Davenport. The prongs end has been nicely engraved in a floral design, with the prongs splayed.

Victorian Pickle Fork Mother of Pearl Twisted Handle – 1892
A very rare and unusual silver Victorian pickle fork, it has three prongs with two barbed, a nicely inscribed stem and the beautifully created twisted mother of pearl handle.

The silver pickle fork measures 22cm in lenght, and the marks show it was made in 1892 and assayed in Birmingham. The makers mark is T.H. who is Thomas Hayes of Spencer street Birmingham, the silver pickle fork weights 28 grams.
