Silver Photograph Frame dated 1916
A silver photograph frame measuring 19cm x 13.5cm dated Birmingham 1916 and made by Henry Matthews. The frame is in reasonable condition, but it does have some of the internal edging missing from the corners, also a bit of creasing of the silver.
The bottom left hand corner has some creasing just below the hallmarks, could be repaired. The plain surround before the scrolled edge is thin and at the top has come away from the scrolled edge.
The frame is complete and with a bit of attention from someone who knows how to restore silver objects this could easily be greatly improved.
